S.P.A.C.E. — Sensing Platform for Automation, Control & Execution

Pool energy savings based on real operating data

S.P.A.C.E. connects sensors, machines, inverters, PLCs and actuators to Synanext systems. Together with Aqutron Vision, it relates plant behavior to occupancy, schedules and actual use of the facility.

It senses the physical state, delivers reliable data for analysis and applies only authorized actions, with interlocks, fallback and traceability.

01

Understand where energy is used

A shared data layer makes it possible to compare consumption with the conditions that generated it.

  • Occupancy, peak times and most-used areas
  • Pump, filtration, circulation and auxiliary-system data
  • Historical trends, anomalies and periods of avoidable operation

02

Optimize without bypassing safeguards

Where control is enabled, S.P.A.C.E. can adjust compatible equipment within approved operating and water-quality limits.

  • Authorized set-points and actions only
  • Interlocks and fallback behavior defined for the facility
  • A traceable record of measurements, commands and outcomes

03

Measure the result against a baseline

A preliminary study defines the baseline, controllable loads and indicators used to verify savings while keeping water and air quality, hygiene, comfort and safety within agreed limits.

  • Savings of up to 70% may be achievable in suitable cases
  • Actual results depend on the initial condition, equipment and operating constraints
  • A pilot or monitored phase is used to quantify the result for the individual facility

The 70% figure describes upper-end potential in suitable facilities; it is not a forecast or guarantee for every site.

Build an energy case from your own data

Map the current plant, define a baseline and identify the loads that can be optimized safely.
